The Founder and CEO, Veronica Janice worked in the manufacturing field since 1980 where they manufactured injection molds for the plastics and die-cast industries. After years of hands on mold making, she later moved into designing molds and added product development and manufacturing management. Leveraging a life long list of list of experiences and accomplishments including owning and operating Original Concepts Design, Inc from 1997 through 2009 until the acquisition by a personal LED lighting company up to 2019.
